NATIONAL BANK OF PAKISTAN ENGINEERING DIVISION (NORTH), LAHORE LOGISTIC SUPPORT GROUP, 26-MCLAGON ROAD, RHQ BUILDING, LAHORE INVITATION FOR BIDS National Bank of Pakistan intends to invite bids for the following works from well reputed firms / contractors having valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above and vast experience in construction, refurbishment, renovation, additional alteration, interior decoration & furniture works at Bank’s & Financial Institutions. 1. 2. 3. 4. Construction of cash processing center at NBP, SQA Chiniot branch, R.O. Sargodha (Completion time 60 days) Construction of cash processing center at NBP, Chunian branch, R.O. Lahore (Completion time 60 days) Construction of cash processing center at NBP, Main branch, Kasur, R.O. Lahore (Completion time 60 days) Supply of dead stock items (furniture) at newly renovated NBP, Main branch, Rawalpindi (R.O. Rawalpindi) (Completion time 45 days). The reputed firms currently not working with NBP & having proven related experience in the field & interested are advised to submit below mentioned documents for technical examination and scrutiny during office hours. 1. Company profile. 2. Financial statements of the company for last 1 year. 3. Complete list of employees, key Personnel, who will be involved in the project alongwith their names, qualifications and designations. 4. Valid copy of National Tax Number. 5. Valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category. 6. Detail of equipment machinery, tools, instruments available with the company. 7. List of similar works completed. 8. Certificate of non-litigation and not black listing from any organization. 9. The contractor / firms currently working with NBP are required to submit only valid PEC certificate in the relevant category alongwith application. The tender documents will be issued to only those firms who will be found suitable upto 20-10-2017 during Office hours after paying tender fee of Rs.1,000/- in the shape of payment order (non refundable). The tender in sealed envelops will be received on 30-10-2017 at 1100 hours and will be opened on same day publicly at 1130 hours in the office of Chief Engineer, NBP, Engineering Division (North), 26-Mclagon Road, RHQ Building, Lahore in the presence of TOC & contractors who opt to attend. An earnest money amounting to 2% of the tender amount in the shape of CDR from any scheduled bank in the name of Chief Engineer (North), Lahore must accompany each tender. Please note that only registered Contractors / suppliers who are on active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, are eligible to supply / services to Government Department. The bank may reject all bids / tenders at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or tender as per PPRA rules. Engr.
