Content Efinite has amended its request as previously announced on 8 November 2016 as follows:­ (i) To seeks the Sukukholders' indulgence under Clause 10 of the Trust Deed dated 24 June  2013; and  (ii)To vary the certain terms and conditions under the Sukuk Ijarah of RM184.0 million and to  amend the relevant transaction documents. The revised Resolution in writing with details has been circulated via e­mail by Pacific  Trustees Berhad to all Sukukholders on 19 December 2016.
