(BisB) cordially invites the Important Notice to the Share holders: shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Meeting that will be convened on Thursday 24/Jumada Al 1. KPMG Fakhro as external auditors for the year ending on 31/12/2017 and authorize the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration, subject to the approval of the Central bank of Bahrain. 12.
