3. Report on Use of Proceed of Shelf Sukuk Issuance 1 . In December 2015, the Company has completed Shelf Sukuk Ijarah I XL Axiata Tranche I Year 2015 with Ijarah Remaining Return amounting Rp. 1,500,000,000,000 as disclosed in Prospectus of Shelf Sukuk Ijarah I XL Axiata Tranche I Year 2015 with total Ijarah Remaining Return amounting Rp. 5,000,000,000,000 dated 25 November 2015. 2. All proceed as result of this Public Offering after deducted with issuance costs, has been fully used by the Company for working capital in order to support the business activities of the Company in a form of the payment to the Government on Radio Frequency Spectrum 2G Right of Use for the period December 2015 - December 2016, in which amount as determined in accordance with the Minister of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia. 3. The Company has submitted the Report on Use of Proceed Realization to the Financial Services Authority through Letter No.005/CSEC/I/2016 and Letter No.099/CSEC/IV/2016. 3

5. Report on Use of Proceed of Rights Issue II 1 . In June 2016, the Company completed Limited Public Offering II Year 2016 to the Shareholders in a form of the Issuance of Shares With Pre Emptive Rights (Rights Issue) in total 2,137,592,085 New Shares with nominal value of Rp100 per share. 2. As disclosed in the Rights Issue Prospectus dated 18 May 2016, all net proceeds after deducting commissions, fees and other expenses paid related to the offering of the Rights and Rights Shares was used to fully repay the Company’s shareholder loan to Axiata Investment ( Indonesia) Sdn Bhd amounting US$500.000.000, which was used to fund the Axis Acquisition in 2014. 3. The Company has submitted the Report on Use of Proceed Realization to the Financial Services Authority through Letter No/171/CSEC/VII/2016 tanggal 15 Juli 2016 . 5
