(96) of 2018 2018Δϧγϟ96ϡϗέ Concerning The Temporary Suspension of Trading on ϰϠϋΎΗϗ΅ϣϝϭ΍ΩΗϟ΍ϑϗϭϥ΄ηΑ The shares of Methaq Takaful Insurance Co. ϲϠϓΎϛΗϟ΍ϥϳϣ΄ΗϠϟϕΎΛϳϣΔϛέηϡϬγ΃ Subject to article No. (16) of the Regulations ϕ΍έϭϷ΍Ν΍έΩ·ΕΎϣϳϠόΗϥϣ16ϡϗέΓΩΎϣϟ΍ϡΎϛΣϷ˱΍ΩΎϧΗγ΍ ΔϳϟΎϣϟ΍ϕ΍έϭϸϟϲΑυϭΑ΃ϕϭγϲϓΔϳϟΎϣϟ΍ Concerning the Listing of Securities on ADX Has decided the following: :ϲΗϵ΍έέϘΗ Article (1) (1) ΓΩΎϣ ϥϳϣ΄ΗϠϟϕΎΛϳϣΔϛέηΓέ΍Ω΍αϠΟϣωΎϣΗΟ΍ϥϣ΍ίΗϟ˱΍έυϧ As Methaq Takaful Insurance Co. Board of ΦϳέΎΗΑ11:00Δ˰˰˰˰˰˰ϋΎ˰˰γϟ΍ϡΎϣΗϲϓΩϘόϳγϱΫϟ΍ϲϠϓΎϛΗϟ΍ Directors Meeting will be held at 11:00 on ϡϭϳϟ΍αϔϧϲϓϕϭγϟ΍ϝϭ΍ΩΗΔγϠΟϊϣ2018αέΎϣ28 the 28-Mar-2018, and given that this 2018αέΎϣ28ΦϳέΎΗΑΔϛέηϟ΍ϡϬγ΄Αϝϭ΍ΩΗϟ΍ϑϗϭϳ meeting time coincides with the trading ΡΎλϓϹ΍ϥϳΣϟϭ11:00Δ˰˰ϋΎ˰˰˰γ˰˰˰ϟ΍ϥϣ˱΍έΎΑΗϋ΍ϙϟΫϭ session at ADX. Trading in METHAQ shares Γέ΍ΩϹ΍αϠΟϣωΎϣΗΟ΍Ξ΋ΎΗϧϥϋ will therefore be suspended from 11:00 on 28-Mar-2018 until ADX receives the meeting results. Article (2) (2) ΓΩΎϣ ϝϛέ΍έϘϟ΍΍ΫϫΫϳϔϧΗϕϭγϟ΍ϲϓΕ΍έ΍ΩϹ΍˯Ύγ΅έϊϳϣΟϰϠϋ All heads of departments in ADX are to ϪλΎλΗΧ΍ϝΎΟϣϲϓ execute this resolution all in their respective fields. Article (3) (3) ΓΩΎϣ This resolution shall be circulated to SCA, the Ε΍έ΍ΩϹ΍ϊϳϣΟϭΔϳϧόϣϟ΍ϙϧΑϟ΍ϭΔ΋ϳϬϟ΍ϰϠϋέ΍έϘϟ΍΍Ϋϫϡϣόϳ ϕϭγϟ΍ϯΩϟϥϳΩϣΗόϣϟ΍˯Ύργϭϟ΍ϭ concerned company, all departments at ADX, and all brokers accredited by ADX.
