Selain itu menguatnya harga timah juga menambah katalis positif di pasar. IHSG ditutup menguat +21 poin (+0,35%) pada level 6.126. Sektor industri dasar dan konsumsi yang masing-masing bertambah +15 poin (+1,82%) dan +14 poin (+0,66%) menjadi sektor yang memipin kenaikan indeks hari ini. Sementara itu nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dolar Amerika diperdagangkan melemah tipis -2 poin (-0,01%) pada level Rp14.139. Investor asing mencatatkan penjualan bersih (foreign net sell) sebesar Rp200,9 miliar di pasar reguler.
