Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, all terms defined in the Trust Deed shall bear the same meanings when used herein. We hereby notify, on behalf of the Issuer, that the Issuer is proposing to amend the terms of the Sukuk Programme for the Sukuk Ihsan issued under the Sukuk Programme to also be offered and made available to retail investors (''Proposal''). In this regard, the Issuer intends to seek the approval of the Sukukholders to, amongst others, amend the Trust Deed and the relevant Transaction Documents to facilitate the Proposal. Please refer to the notice from CIMB Islamic Trustee Berhad, the Sukuk Trustee for the Sukuk Programme, to the Sukukholders for details of the Proposal.
