He explained that he is ready to pay all additional sums. Is it permissible to undergo some changes in the contractor's contract? Answer: It is permissible to change some conditions or add some obligations between Kuwait Finance House and the owner, with no effect on KFH and the contractor unless KFH and the contractor later agree in this regard.
