Residential Property Price Index | July 2019 Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) In July 2019, RPPI increased monthly by 1.92 percent, recorded an annual increase of 3.54 percent in nominal terms and decreased by 11.24 percent in real terms. İstanbul recorded an annual decrease of 1.64 percent and Ankara and İzmir recorded an annual increase of 1.41 and 2.32 percent respectively.
