PJSC ϝϓΎϛΗϠϟϪϳϧρϭϟ΍ϲΑυϭΑ΍ϪϛέηϡϬγ΃ Subject to article No. (16) of the Regulations ϕ΍έϭϷ΍Ν΍έΩ·ΕΎϣϳϠόΗϥϣ16ϡϗέΓΩΎϣϟ΍ϡΎϛΣϷ˱΍ΩΎϧΗγ΍ ΔϳϟΎϣϟ΍ϕ΍έϭϸϟϲΑυϭΑ΃ϕϭγϲϓΔϳϟΎϣϟ΍ Concerning the Listing of Securities on ADX Has decided the following: :ϲΗϵ΍έέϘΗ Article (1) (1) ΓΩΎϣ As Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. PJSC AGM will be held at 10:00 on the 9-Apr2018, and given that this meeting time coincides with the trading session at ADX. Trading in TKFL shares will therefore be suspended from 10:00 on 9-Apr-2018 until ADX receives the AGM results.
