The last line of advertisement i.e. “The Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reasons.” may be read as “Pakistan Bureau of Statistics may reject all EOIs at any time prior to the acceptance of EOIs under Public Procurement Rules 2004 Rule No. 33.” Other terms and conditions will be remained same.
