To : Dana Gas Shareholders For the purpose of organizing the process of registration of shareholders attending the Company’s General Assembly which will be held on Wednesday, the 18 th of April 2018 we would ask the shareholders and proxy shareholders to provide the Company with the following documents either prior to the meeting or on the day:  Original shareholders: Original Emirates ID or Passport.  Proxy holders on behalf of individual shareholders: A copy of the original shareholder ID that includes his signature in addition to the original identification of the proxy holder.  Companies: Signed and stamped letter from the company with the name of the company’s delegate in addition to the original ID of the delegate. Or signed and stamped proxy form that including the name of the proxy holder in addition the original ID of the proxy holder. Proxies can also be submitted to the Company at its headquarters in Sharjah for certification to allow for checking against original shareholder records up to a day before the AGM. Please note that all proxies will be certified by the Company according to the above conditions on or before the day of the General Assembly.
