1. Announcement of the auction sale of shares pursuant to a decision of the execution court It is hereby announced by Mr . Ebrahim Jaffar Al Aradi (Director of Market Control and Member Affairs in Bahrain Bourse) the court - appointed expert pursuant to a decision of the fifth Execution Court under Execution File No. 04/2015/2824/6 for the sale of the seized shares of the bellow listed companies with their respected share prices and share quantities: Company Crystal Hill for Management & Development of Property W.L.L. Pine wood for restaurant and Coffee Shop Management Co W.L.L. Bahrain Mega Holding Company W.L.L. Mirco W.L.L. Demco W.L.L. Mega Marine W.L.L. FTC W.L.L. Espectro Bahrain W.L.L. The sale shall be conducted as one block per company through the Auction, to one of the eligible buyer or consortium of group of buyers, through registered broker with Bahrain Bourse or by attending the auction on Wednesday, dated December 14th 2016, provided that the auction process is fully completed on the same day. 2. In order to execute the orders on the offered shares, it is required by eligible buyer or group of buyers to provide their own purchase orders after opening a securities account with the central depository system at Bahrain Bourse. Every eligible buyer or group of buyers submit their requests and specify the number of shares to be allocated to each of them. 3. The basic price of each company on the Auction shall be as specified by the court which as detailed in the table above. 4. The payment shall be made in Bahraini Dinars by manager Cheque drawn in the name of the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs.
