- MENA Morning Report Sunday , February 26, 2017 Overview Regional Markets: MENA markets closed the session on a losing side as investors continue to remain on the sideline due to lack of direction of the Fed minutes. Further, oil prices are hovering around the $55 mark per barrel, which is supporting the markets from witnessing a sharp sell-off. For the regional markets, five out of the eight indexes closed in red, while three ended in green for the day. UAE markets ended the session on a mixed note as Dubai was down by 0.3%, while Abu Dhabi was up by 0.3% for the day. Dubai was dragged lower by broader based weakness in most traded stocks, especially Drake and Scull and Dubai Islamic Bank.
