Khalifa, Subject: Clarification on GFH's Shares Listed on Boursa Kuwait GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that Boursa Kuwait (“BK”) has reclassified the segment of GFH’s shares on BK from the Premier Market to the Main Market. The reclassification comes in line with BK’s recent market segmentation plans which segregates listed companies between the Premier Market and Main Market based on the criteria set by BK. It is to be noted that most of the listed companies on BK are classified in the Main Market segment. GFH would like to confirm to its shareholders that the change in classification of GFH’s shares on BK has no relation to the performance of GFH as GFH enjoys a sound financial position and its performance remains strong which was clearly reflected in the latest financial results of the period ended 30th September 2019.
