Definition of " Al-mustarsil"

Lit: Loose, flowing (hair), friendly, affable. Tech: A buyer who does not haggle over the price; also a buyer who is unaware of the actual price of a commodity and is willing to buy at the price quoted by the seller. Some jurists have also included in this category those farmers who bring their produce to the market but, being unaware of the market conditions, sell their produce at a price lower than the prevailing rate.
