Saudi Arabia-Based Sidra Capital to Invest USD 155 Million in Industrial Assets in the US

Sidra Capital (Sidra), based in Saudi Arabia, stated on the 2nd of November 2021 that it has launched a single tenant industrial real estate aggregation programme in the United States of America (US). The fund launched in the US for the first time would invest roughly USD 155 million in the acquisition of industrial assets in the country.
