Nasdaq Dubai Welcomes IsDB’s USD 1.7 Billion Sukuk Listing; Bolsters Largest Supranational Sukuk Issuer Position

Dr Zamir Iqbal, Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) marked the listing of the bank’s USD 1.7 billion Sukuk on Nasdaq Dubai by ringing the market opening bell on the 26th of October 2021.

Why it Matters?

The latest listing bolsters IsDB’s position as the largest supranational issuer of Sukuk on Nasdaq Dubai. IsDB has a total value of USD 18.8 billion via 13 issuances listed on the exchange since 2016.
