Indonesian Shariah Economy can Support the COVID-19 Recovery: Ministry of Finance

Speaking at the Indonesia Islamic Festival Webinar event on the 26th of November 2020, Luky Alfirman, Director General of Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance, highlighted the potential of the Islamic economy in helping Indonesia move towards positive territory in the last quarter of 2020.

Given that the Government of Indonesia is targeting to improve the national economy in the short term, the master plan for Islamic economics and finance should work in favour of this improvement.
