Global Islamic Finance Industry has Favourable Long-term Outlook Post COVID-19: Bursa Malaysia Chairman

Chairman of Bursa Malaysia, Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar, has predicted long-term potential for Islamic finance in the post- Covid-19 era, led by the sector’s principles of inclusivity and its ability to promote financial stability. By highlighting the gradual move of Islamic finance strategies towards maintaining sustainable development, Omar noted that sustainable and responsible investments would help the expansion of Islamic Finance.
