Dr Luqman Haji Abdullah
Dr Luqman Haji Abdullah currently serves as a lecturer at the University of Malaya at the Department of Fiqh and Usul al-Fiqh. He is also the chairman of the Board of Trustees, Centre for Development of Pondok Studies Ltd. Dr Abdullah was a Shariah advisor to Zurich Takaful Malaysia. He is also a member of the Scholar/Fatwa for Kelantan Islamic Religious Council.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Shariah (1993) from the University of Malaya and a PhD in Islamic Law and Property (2005) from Edinburgh University.
