Dr Khalid Mathkour Al-Mathkour
Dr Khalid Mathkour Al Mathkour is the Chairman of the Higher Consultative Committee for Finalisation of the Application of the Provisions of Islamic Shariah in Kuwait. Dr Mathkour is also a lecturer in Shariah Policy and the Division of Comparative of Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Shariah and Islamic Studies at the University of Kuwait. Dr Mathkour serves as a Shariah advisor to numerous organisations including Ahli United Bank, Bank Alkhair and Kuwait International Bank.
Qualifications
PhD in Shariah from the Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt.
