FIXED PERIODIC DISTRIBUTION TRUST CERTIFICATES DUE 2018 REDEMPTION ON SCHEDULED DISSOLUTION DATE Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd. (the “Manager”), the manager of Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (“Sabana REIT”) refers to the S$90,000,000 4.00 per cent. Fixed Periodic Distribution Trust Certificates Series No. 001 due 2018 (the “Trust Certificates Series 1”) issued by Sabana Sukuk Pte. Ltd., a wholly‐owned subsidiary of Sabana REIT, pursuant to the S$500,000,000 Multicurrency Islamic Trust Certificates Issuance Programme. The Manager wishes to announce that Sabana Sukuk Pte. Ltd. has redeemed in full, the principal amount together with any accrued but unpaid periodic distribution amounts on 19 March 2018, being the scheduled dissolution date of the Trust Certificates Series 1. The redemption was funded by existing credit facilities and is not expected to have any material impact on the cash flows of Sabana REIT. Following the redemption, there are no more outstanding principal amount or periodic distribution amounts payable on the Trust Certificates Series 1.
