Content At the request of the issuer, RAM Ratings will not conduct an annual rating review of  Eversendai Corporation Berhad's (the Group) RM500 million Sukuk Musharakah ICP/MTN Programme  (2013/2020). We have been informed by Eversendai that the Group is finalising the refinancing of outstanding  obligations on the Sukuk Programme. The Group has obtained the approval of the sukuk holders to  complete this exercise by end­October 2016, following which the Sukuk Programme will be  cancelled ahead of its maturity. Accordingly, the A2/Stable/P1 ratings of the Programme will be  withdrawn.
