Definition of "Bai bil-wafa"
A sales agreement in which the buyer agrees to return the goods at the same price once the agreement is concluded. It is permissible if the clause for returning the goods is not instituted beforehand. But if the said clause is the essence of the contract, the agreement becomes void.
