Definition of " Al-mudarabah al-mutlaqah"
Lit: Unconditional mudarabah. Tech: A contact of mudarabah that does not bind the entrepreneur about the place, time, season, commodities, credit or techniques of trade. These matters are left to the option of the entrepreneur. The mudarabah contract defines merely the profit-sharing ratio.
