JUNAID AKBAR SAHIBZADA MUHAMMAD YAQUB to invite attention of the Minister for Water and Power to a matter of urgent public importance regarding closure of PESCO Transformers Repair Workshop, Thana Chakdara due to non-payment of bill by PESCO, causing grave concern amongst the public. INTRODUCTION OF BILL 4. SENATOR MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization to introduce a Bill further to amend the Auditor-General’s (Functions, Powers and Terms and Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2001 [The Auditor-General’s (Functions, Powers and Terms and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Bill, 2017]. LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS 5. MR. ZAHID HAMID, Minster for Law and Justice to move that the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Twenty-eighth Amendment) Bill, 2017], as introduced in the National Assembly, be taken into consideration at once. (Amendments entered in a separate list to be moved) 6. MR. ZAHID HAMID, Minster for Law and Justice to move that the Bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan [The Constitution (Twenty-eighth Amendment) Bill, 2017], be passed. 7. MR. ZAHID HAMID, Minster for Law and Justice to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Army Act, 1952 [The Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2017], as introduced in the National Assembly, be taken into consideration at once. (Amendments entered in a separate list to be moved) 8. MR. ZAHID HAMID, Minster for Law and Justice to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Army Act, 1952 [The Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2017], be passed. 9. MR. ZAHID HAMID, Minster for Law and Justice to move that the Bill to provide for the constitution of Commissions of Inquiry [The Pakistan Commissions of Inquiry Bill, 2017], as passed by the Senate with amendment, be taken into consideration at once under clause (2) of Article 70 of the Constitution. 10. MR. ZAHID HAMID, Minster for Law and Justice to move that the Bill to provide for the constitution of Commissions of Inquiry [The Pakistan Commissions of Inquiry Bill, 2017], be passed.
